·Transient (TRANSIENT)
It refers to the final change of voltage when the power instantaneous disappear (break). There are many power problems which are related to the transient, and many are very special phenomenon, like spike-triggered, high sharp wave, temporary power shortage, voltage serious subsidence, interference, or other type of transient phenomenon and so on.
