It is a technical specification of phase-locked speed ,the operating principle is: when the input voltage enter into the UPS, UPS will control the frequency of its output power the same as the frequency of its input power to make the input frequency and output frequency are the same and make the phase have no time difference, but when there is time difference, the UPS will supplied by battery but not output power to supply for the load.
