■Diversified Forms of Air Supply and Return

■The standard form is the upper-supply and front-return. Other forms can also be chosen, such as upper-supply and side-return, upper-supply and back-return, upper-supply and bottom-return and air supply through cowl.

■Standard bottom-supply and upper-return, and the bottom-supply and upper-return of diffusing-type fan and sinking-type fan is also available.

■The grating tuyere is the standard configuration, and the diversion tuyere, flange connector, jetting tuyere and ultra-silent tuyere are optional.

■Efficient and Flexible Scroll Compressor

■The fully-closed scroll compressor is the standard configuration, which produces high energy efficiency, small noises and high liquid impact capacity. Besides, with less mechanical parts, it operates stably and has a long service life.

■The efficient variable-capacity compressor is optional. It produces a high EC driving efficiency. With variable capacity, it has a high energy-saving capacity in cool supply.

■Efficient Fan

■With the help of EC-driven electronic commutation DC dynamo, the fan can save energy by more than 20%. The variable-capacity air supply can save more energy. 

■The sunk EC fan can reduce pressure loss in air supply, and can save energy by more than 20%.

■Electric Heater

■The finned heater with multi-level electronic tubes produces high-disturbance heating airflow and high heating efficiency. It offers protected heating with positive temperature coefficient (PTC).

■Electrode Humidifier

■It is dismountable, and is applicable to different waters. It is able to regulate the humidifying current intelligently, and produces a low power consumption. In addition, it has a fast humidification speed. It can be dismounted for cleaning and maintenance, thus achieving a long service life.

■Efficient Heat Exchanger

■With a large heat exchange area, the “M/W” large evaporator, can evenly distribute airflow and produce a high heat exchange efficiency.

■Made up by superior copper tubes and aluminum fins, it can produce a high heat exchange efficiency and remarkably save energy by deploying asymmetry blinds airflow disturbance technology, copper-tube inner-thread refrigerant disturbance technology, blue-fin surface hydrophilic film technology and fin encircling and tube-connection technology.

■The copper tube has no welding points. The tube is expanded by prestress, and the fins are connected without being broken, thus resulting in no leakage of refrigerant. The fins are closely fixed to the exchanger.

■Air-cooled Condenser

■The variable-frequency and speed-controlling condenser fan is able to regulate rotation speed according to the outdoor temperature, maintain the best condensing pressure for the system, reduce energy consumption and noise of fan, and prolong the service life.

■The optional low-temperature components can adapt to the outdoor temperature as low as -40℃.

■The ultra-silent condenser is optional.

■Air Filter

■The efficient air filter is the standard configuration. With aluminum-alloy frames, it has a clogging capacity up to , and can be cleaned and repeatedly used.

■The differential pressure switch is a standard configuration of the filter. It can automatically detect whether the filter is blocked by dusts, and will automatically give alarms for maintenance.

■The higher-class filter is optional, which can be maintained totally in the front.

■All-front Maintenance

■20% all-front maintenance. The side faces and the back require no maintenance.

Remarks:

1. Test condition: 380V/50Hz three-phase five-wire; R22 refrigerant; return air temperature 24℃, relative humidity 50%; condensing temperature for air cooling 45℃;

2. The maximum current for the standard configuration of unit is used for power supply, excluding the current for outdoor air-cooled unit.

3. The seventh bit of model: D-down air supply U-upper air supply and air supply through cowl;

4. The unit dimension excludes the height of cowl. The standard height of cowl is 40mm. There are other optional dimensions.

■Outdoor unit:stepless variable-frequency speed-regulating outdoor condenser

■With a marine anti-corrosive aluminum-alloy structure, the unit adopts the metal-blade fan and stainless steel connecting pieces, thus producing a high adaptability and reliability and achieving a long service life.

■With the help of stepless variable-frequency speed-regulating technology, it has achieved a totally stepless speed-regulating function. By regulating rotation speed of fan according to condensing pressure, it is able to save more energy and reduce more noises than the traditional methods.

■It supports both horizontal installation and vertical installation, and contains supporting legs for horizontal installation.

Optional：

■Owl fan: Adopting the bionics design, the blade is similar to the wing of owl. It can reduce energy consumption and produce less noises.

■Low-noise outdoor unit: It can effectively reduce noises by 3 to 5dB (A), by making use of several noise-reduction methods, including enlarging the heat exchanger, increasing noise-reduction and wind-guiding rings, lowering rotation speed of fan and so on. So it is applicable to places which require the Class I noise standard.

■Noise-reduction wall for outdoor unit: The noise-reduction wall for outdoor unit can be customized as is required by situation of installation site, in order to reduce the effect of noise on nearby residents.

Remarks:

1. The outdoor unit can be installed horizontally or vertically.

2. Supporting legs for horizontal installation, 450mm high, is attached to product when it is delivered.
