11. Production Director (1)

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate company's development strategies and annual business plan; organize and implement production scheme;

2. Track real time production dynamics; coordinate the communication and cooperation among different departments; solve problems emerging in production process;

3. Organize, supervise and coordinate every indicator in production process; be responsible for handling grave and tricky problems in production and operation process.

Qualifications:

1. Under 40 years old; bachelor degree or above in electronics or other related majors; people with over five years’ relative work experience have priority in admission;

2. Hold proficiency in production management, quality management, equipment management, warehouse management, process management, etc.;

3. Have excellent leadership, communication and coordination capability, team collaboration ability and planning and implementation capacity.
