2. Technical Support Engineer (5)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support, training and customer training; provide training and programs support regularly to sales and technical personnel; assist in the projects’ implementation and acceptance;

2. Tracking the most advanced power technology solutions at data center; research for and develop new products; enhance market competitiveness;

3. Draw up the company's technology development plan; improve the training for technical management personnel and cultivate professional technicians;

4. Scheme, revise and review technical documents of company's main products; improve and standardize work processes; set unified product standards and realize standardized management for products;

5. Conduct market research, collect domestic and foreign product development information; learn advanced industrial technology and collect cutting-edge technological data to develop new products with strong competitiveness;

6. Improve products’ electronic design, structure design and processing design; make samples to ensure product reliability;

7. Understand customers’ needs and coordinate the relations between company and customers; conduct pre-sales technical analysis;

8. Make and implement the plan for introducing new technologies and developing new products; ensure the continuous increase and update of product varieties.

Qualifications:

1. Under 35 years old; bachelor degree or above in electronics, automation and other related majors; at least one year’s experience in technical support;

2. Be familiar with the technology, performance and market of UPS power supply products as well as the system installation and debugging process;

3. UPS power supply products as well as the system installation;

4. Strong independent analysis ability and problem solving skills; excellent capacity in English reading, writing, listening and speaking;

5. Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit; strong self-study ability and be able to assume reasonable work pressure;
